Description of Work and Tasks:
- Coordination and processing of enquiries from customers (German/English)
- Customer service through e-mail, phone and web services (i.e. LinkedIn)
- Customer acquisition and development of company’s training services: working with international enterprises all over the world, mainly located in Western Europe

Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent German in speaking and writing
- Excellent English in speaking and writing
- Self motivation to work
- Oriented to efficient cooperation and good relations
Participant Fee:
500€ for Italy and UK and 700€ for Germany (once for the whole period)
Financial Conditions:
- Preparation meetings before the internship
- Lump sum for the travel (275€)
- Accommodation and subsistence in kind or monthly support of 550€ (guaranteed minimum amount that can be higher – depending on the company)
- Ticket for the public transports
- Language training (3 weeks or equivalent)
- Monitoring and regular meetings on the hosting side
