Description of Work and Tasks:

  • To know and to inform the clients about the location and room category taking part in the coordination and maintenance of them
  • To know the daily booking through the booking software and to check the booking webs
  • To register the customers assigning the rooms
  • To assign the rooms and to block them afterwards
  • To check in and check out
  • To take care and conduct the complaints from the clients to the reception manager to find a solution
  • Telephone helpline in order to provide the clients the required information and services during their stay (external services included), according to the rules of the organisation
  • To inform about the last minute issues: room change, longer stays, breakdowns etc, sending the information to the department affected
  • Money exchange
  • To invoice the client including all the services
  • To take part in the commission management and the outstanding debts
  • To cooperate with other departments including room service and organisation of the meeting rooms
  • To cooperate with the audit department

7 months – perspective of full time employment

8 hours per day

Requirements:

  • B1 level in Spanish and English, certificates
  • CRB-Check
  • Driving Licence
  • Working equipment etc.

Participant Fee:

250€ for Poland, 400€ for Slovenia and 700€ for Germany (once for the whole period)

 Financial Conditions:

  • Preparation meetings before the internship
  • Lump sum for the travel (275€)
  • Accommodation and subsistence in kind or monthly support of 786€ (guaranteed minimum amount that can be higher – depending on the company)
  • Ticket for the public transports
  • Language training (3 weeks or equivalent)
  • Monitoring and regular meetings on the hosting side

Additional Information:

  • Information regarding the recognition of the competences. At the end of the practices will be given a certificate to the student
