The ProMove Project results of a Call for proposals<\/em> <\/strong>requested by the European Parliament to the Commission in 2015. It shall set out to test the viability of setting up \u201cA European framework for mobility of apprentices: Developing European citizenship and skills through youth integration in the labour market\u201d<\/em> and builds upon a first Pilot Project of similar nature launched in 2016.<\/p>\n

In order to reduce youth unemployment, many Member States of the European Union had been asked by the European Commission to reform their labour market. With the promotion of work based learning and the necessary for young people to gain professional experiences, they have the common ambition to implement new laws and regulations to redefine the purpose and performance of Vocational Education Training schools.<\/p>\n

The aim of the promotion of apprenticeships and work-based learning would be to help young people to improve their skills and employability prospects. But especially long-term transnational apprentice mobilities whose provide the highest improvement of professional, personal and social skills. Longer the apprenticeship is more relevant young people are for the labour market and the companies. And because VET is the most durable way for the Member States to reform their labour markets and to reduce youth-unemployment, we decided, thanks to the ProMove Project, to understand the difficulties and obstacles that prevent a stronger implementation of long-term apprenticeships in the European Union.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=“3453″ img_size=“20×15″ css_animation=“none“ css=“.vc_custom_1574092892543{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}“][vc_toggle title=“Project Beschreibung“]Das Projekt \u201ePro Move\u201c will sowohl die Auszubildenden nach Abschluss ihrer Ausbildung als auch die aufnehmenden Betriebe darin unterst\u00fctzen, l\u00e4ngere Berufspraktika (6 Monate und l\u00e4nger) durchzuf\u00fchren. Zentral ist dabei die Entwicklung einer Webseite, auf denen Firmen und Betriebe, die Auszubildende aus anderen L\u00e4ndern aufnehmen m\u00f6chten, ihr Praktikums-Angebot beschreiben. Die Auszubildenden k\u00f6nnen sich dann auf diese Angebote bewerben. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Anteil der anfallenden Reise- und Aufenthaltskosten wird von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission getragen.[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=“3450″ img_size=“20×15″ css_animation=“none“ css=“.vc_custom_1574092899865{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}“][vc_toggle title=“Project Beschrijving“]Het doel van het project „Pro Move“ is om de leerlingen na hun opleiding en de ontvangende bedrijven te ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van langere beroepsstages (6 maanden en langer). De belangrijkste focus ligt op de ontwikkeling van een website, waarop bedrijven en fabrieken die leerlingen uit andere landen willen opnemen, hun stage-aanbod beschrijven. Dan kunnen de leerlingen deze aanbiedingen aanvragen. G\u0142\u00f3wny nacisk po\u0142o\u017cony jest na stworzenie strony internetowej, na kt\u00f3rej firmy i fabryki, kt\u00f3re chcia\u0142yby podj\u0105\u0107 praktyki u innych kraj\u00f3w, opisuj\u0105 swoj\u0105 ofert\u0119 sta\u017cu. Nast\u0119pnie uczniowie mog\u0105 ubiega\u0107 si\u0119 o te oferty. Najwi\u0119ksza cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 koszt\u00f3w podr\u00f3\u017cy i utrzymania pokryta jest przez Komisj\u0119 Europejsk\u0105.[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=“3448″ img_size=“20×15″ css_animation=“none“ css=“.vc_custom_1574092917402{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}“][vc_toggle title=“Descripci\u00f3n del Proyecto“]El objetivo del proyecto „Pro Move“ es apoyar a los aprendices despu\u00e9s de completar su capacitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como a las empresas receptoras en la realizaci\u00f3n de pasant\u00edas vocacionales m\u00e1s largas (6 meses o m\u00e1s). El enfoque principal est\u00e1 en el desarrollo de un sitio web, en el que las empresas y f\u00e1bricas, que deseen contratar aprendices de otros pa\u00edses, describan su oferta de pasant\u00edas. Entonces los aprendices pueden solicitar estas ofertas. Glavni poudarek je na razvoju spletne strani, na kateri podjetja in tovarne, ki \u017eelijo prevzeti vajence iz drugih dr\u017eav, opisujejo svojo ponudbo za sta\u017eiranje. Potem se lahko vajenci prijavijo za te ponudbe. L’obiettivo principale \u00e8 quello di sviluppare una piattaforma online, sulla quale aziende e compagnie, che vorrebbero assumere apprendisti da altri paesi, possano offrire tramite una dettagliata descrizione dei corsi di stage. Qui gli apprendisti potranno poi fare domanda per queste offerte.
